I have been studying and practicing Homoeopathy and Astrology for over 30 years, during which time I’ve incorporated many different tools into my practice; counselling, vibrational essences, guided meditation and healing journeys.
I gained a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and English Literature (1985), a Licentiate of College of Homoeopathy (1990), and am a Member of the Alliance of Registered Homoeopaths and the Guild of Homoeopaths (2001). In addition to private practice, I offer workshops in Homoeopathy and in Astrology. My personal experience as a patient of Martin Miles in the 1980’s not only changed my life but inspired me to undertake study and consequently practice myself. During that time, I also had the good fortune to meet Margaret Koolman, a wise and insightful Astrologer, who likewise inspired me to venture further…
In the last 30 years I have traveled and lived between Canada and the UK where I have raised my family (now grown), practiced and taught both Homoeopathy and Astrology. Presenting seminars in homoeopathy for Midwives, Hospice Workers and lay people, I have endeavoured to encourage and equip people to manage their acute health concerns safely and effectively. In 2017, I began to explore Family Constellations and have been enjoying collaborating with Family Constellations Practitioner, Elaine Harris, to offer workshops combining the healing power of homoeopathy within the system of Family constellations. Passionate about my work with people, I am endlessly inspired by their journeys and courage in the face of life’s challenges. It is my privilege to share this work.

Love in the Time of Corona

Greetings in this most extraordinary of times! The Constellation of the World is currently aligning itself in an unprecedented way. Amidst the uncertainty and fear, an emerging sense of solidarity, community, connection (albeit remote in many cases!) and increasingly shared purpose is also emerging. Compassion is key as we ease ourselves into our new positions in our global family.

The Not Just Any Constellation Workshop that we had planned for April, will of course, not be going ahead… as we take our place in the world’s initiatives to respond to the current circumstances. We are considering this an ‘indefinite postponement’ rather than an outright cancellation and we will keep you informed as and when the workshop will be reinstated.

The storm of media attention on the unfolding pandemic has left many people feeling traumatized, through fear of infection, transmission or by the impact of interruption of work and relationships due to the isolation measures we are adopting. Remember that homoeopathy offers much in terms of emotional support during the stress and shock of the news. It has a proven track record in the treatment of symptoms associated with flu and colds (according to statistics from the Spanish Flu of 1918, patients who were treated with homoeopathy had a 99% success rate!) . ‘And the Seasons, they go round and round…’ Joni Mitchell

Here we are, the light is definitely returning, the birds are singing and chattering in their mad WAKE UP! song and we are reminded that new life is burgeoning. Imbolc, (February 2) the first stirrings of Spring.

This is announcement time, a traditional time in the Old Calendar where dedications and declarations of intent are made. Emerging from the blistering winter winds, the deep sleep of the dark, there are stirrings and efforts to reach up and forward into the newly emerging light.

So, in keeping with this time, I am announcing the commencement of two courses in the coming months.

Amidst the chaos of political, environmental and societal change uncertainty mounts, camps are chosen and some of us attempt to erect barricades. Astrology offers an opportunity to pull back from the binary of ‘us and them’ by illuminating and describing many, many different options for understanding and appreciation of ourselves and ‘the other’. One of my all time favourite series to share. Homoeopathy, even after almost 30 years of practice, is close to my heart. This introductory course is called Life’s Resource because as people with bodies, we are well advised to develop familiarity and awareness of the owner’s manual! Centred around 36 common first aid remedies, the series will also cover basic homoeopathic philosophy (WHY we prescribe remedies) and illustrate the use of remedies with genuine cases. The aim of the series is to enable you to feel confident to prescribe in acute situations. We’ll cover, headaches to hang-overs, fevers to injuries and common childhood ailments.

We Are Stardust

Calling all Homoeopaths!  Come and join us for an introduction to Astrology with particular emphasis on how astrology can enable us to identify susceptibilities and understand our(selves) and our patients more readily. Through a series of six sessions we will explore the building blocks of astrological language and symbol and give us a glimpse of the ‘bigger picture’.

Commencing Sunday April 23, and every second Sunday thereafter we will meet at The Natural Health Practice, 136 North Cray Road, Bexley, KENT

Homoeopathy for Home and Family

I will be offering an Introduction to Homoeopathy for the Home Series beginning on the 26th of September for six weeks.

The classes will include a brief history of homoeopathy, philosophy and a more practical piece outlining the use of 36 common first aid situations. Remedies can be safely and effectively used in all sorts of cases… in the treatment of headaches, digestive troubles, colds, flu, fevers, accidents and injury. There will be plenty of latitude for questions and comments and the information is presented with lots of anecdotal evidence and cases.

Starting at 9:30-11:30am at 7 Shelford Road, Trumpington, CB2 9LZ. This will be a small group so that people can participate and question/discuss the topics.

The cost is £75 and first aid kits will be available for purchase.
