How to adjust and cope with change? It’s always been an intrinsic part of life but in recent years, the circumstances of life have become a BOLD challenge to the most resilient of us. Astrology is an ancient system of tracking cycles of evolution for us as individuals, as well as society and the systems that we rely upon to give us a sense of order and grounding. Learning the language of the stars enables us to understand and align ourselves more fully with the universal nudges, enabling us to ride the tides and make the most of the possibilities.


We Are Stardust, an Introduction to Astrology, is an online course. This six week series focuses on the building blocks of astrology leading to a basic understanding of how this ancient system accurately reflects how we express ourselves as individuals in our relationships, work and life. The planets move in a measured rhythm, lending coherence to our unfolding story, the study of astrology enables us to find our place in the story.

Each week we will cover the elements of astrology including the planets, signs, houses and aspects.

Each class is 2.5 hours and follows on from the previous one, building your knowledge step by step. The course includes a copy of your birth chart as well as notes and recordings of the sessions. £175

Combining over 50 years experience in the field of Holistic Health and Wellbeing, Elaine and Marlow offer a combined wealth of knowledge to the process of your Constellation. You will have the opportunity to experience different levels of awareness that are both supportive and respectful of your individual needs and the needs of your system.

Question Holder – One who wishes to take a deeper look into their personal or organisational dilemma. There is often more than one Question Holder in each group and thus a Question Holder may also act as a Representative in another’s Constellation.

The Representatives – Those who offer themselves in service of the Field of the Issue Holder, to represent people or elements within the Question Holder’s system. Taking part in other people’s constellations as a Representative is entirely optional and you are not obliged to accept the invitation when asked. It must be noted though, that it is very common that another’s work can touch you as deeply as your own, and even just being a witness to another’s constellation is a powerful experience…..

‘And the Seasons, they go round and round…’ Joni Mitchell

Here we are, the light is definitely returning, the birds are singing and chattering in their mad WAKE UP! song and we are reminded that new life is burgeoning. Imbolc, (February 2) the first stirrings of Spring.

This is announcement time, a traditional time in the Old Calendar where dedications and declarations of intent are made. Emerging from the blistering winter winds, the deep sleep of the dark, there are stirrings and efforts to reach up and forward into the newly emerging light.

So, in keeping with this time, I am announcing the commencement of two courses in the coming months.

Amidst the chaos of political, environmental and societal change uncertainty mounts, camps are chosen and some of us attempt to erect barricades. Astrology offers an opportunity to pull back from the binary of ‘us and them’ by illuminating and describing many, many different options for understanding and appreciation of ourselves and ‘the other’. Join us as we draw back the shade on an ancient language that offers insight, guidance and a glimpse at potential. Access the building blocks of ‘the long view’ and come to understand the perfection in every moment as it leads to the next.

One of my all time favourite series to share. Homoeopathy, even after almost 30 years of practice, is close to my heart. This introductory course is called Life’s Resource because as people with bodies, we are well advised to develop familiarity and awareness of the owner’s manual! Centred around 36 common first aid remedies, the series will also cover basic homoeopathic philosophy (WHY we prescribe remedies) and illustrate the use of remedies with genuine cases. The aim of the series is to enable you to feel confident to prescribe in acute situations. We’ll cover, headaches to hang-overs, fevers to injuries and common childhood ailments.

Astrology for the New Year

Beginnings, seeds planted for the new year and so it goes. Astrology is an age old system, delivering a blueprint and oracle in one convenient package!

We’re starting a new class for beginners at the end of January.  In six sessions we will explore the building blocks of astrology and demystify the process of reading a chart.  Reading an astrology chart offers us a glimpse into the whole of ourselves, even the unconscious bits…  Learn to unlock the secrets of life, love, health and career.

An informal setting where tuition is grounded in your own chart, with a few laughs guaranteed!

Bring your notebook, coloured pens/pencils, your curiosity and humour. You will be provided with a copy of your own birth chart to begin with…

Homoeopathy for the Home – Classes in Cambridge

We will be starting another Homoeopathy for the Home Class on April 9, here in Trumpington. Five-two hour classes in which we’ll cover the basics of homoeopathy AND the practical application of 36 Common First Aid Remedies. We’ll also touch in on the history of homoeopathy and how remedies are made.

This series is designed to enable each participant to feel confident and supported in using remedies in their own lives as well as those of their families and friends. Based on real case histories, we will move between theory and practice. There will be loads of ‘extras’ in terms of tips for prescribing, ‘When to see the Homoeopath/Doctor’ and signs to watch for.

This series will be based in Cambridge and will be small enough to accommodate and respond to the interests of the particular group. SO if you have ever wondered about Homoeopathy and how it might play a part in your self-care plan, THIS is your opportunity to find out!
